Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Cancellations made after this window may not be accepted as orders may already be processed or shipped.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs except in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, please contact us at nanglencaoLich129@gmail.com and we will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Shipping Fees
