Shipping

After processing, shipping typically takes between 7 to 12 business days. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the items ordered, and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will be processed and shipped and cannot be canceled.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, please contact our customer service to arrange and cover the return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
