After I apply my lip liner and/or lipstick , what I do is pop a little bit of the UnPowder onto the cotton puff and press it in around the outside border of my lips. Then I apply a little more lipstick on top of that, focusing placement in the middle and you're all set! No lipstick feathering or bleeding, just a clean defined lip."

To minimize shine, use included powder puff to press into skin, concentrating on the T-zone area for a silky, satin finish.
